Settings › Profile now has a zip of everything you own, and a way to delete your account yourself.

  2. A property now shows its cost of owning. That's interest, fees, rates, insurance and upkeep, less rent and what it gained in value.

A home with a linked loan now looks ahead. See what it'll be worth, what you'll still owe, and when your LVR drops under 80% and 60%.

Set where you reckon rates will be in a few years and further out, and see what your repayment does.

A rental shows its gross and net yield, and what it returns on your own cash after interest.

  3. A health check that scores six habits against targets within reach, Year by year, a spending calendar, a loan timeline, budget pins, progress rings and a weekly balance range. Lines glow too, especially in dark mode.

Click a column heading on Transactions to sort by it. Click again to flip the order.

  4. Mark the big moments, like a new job, buying a home or a lockdown, and see them on your net worth and Reports charts. Pick someone with a date of birth to see net worth by their age.

Setting up a pool now starts by picking what you want to keep track of, with a short demo of each. The wizard then skips steps for anything you left out.

Net worth on the dashboard and in Reports can now stack every account month by month, with your net worth as a line over the top.

  5. Track coins held at an exchange at live prices, bring in BTC Markets reports, and see each financial year's capital gains with the files your tax agent wants.

CoinSpot, Swyftx, Independent Reserve, Kraken, Coinbase, Binance and Crypto.com files now go straight in, and any other exchange's works once you pick its columns.

  6. A map of where you spend, worked out from what your bank sends. Fix any place by hand, in bulk, or with a rule.

A new chart in Reports follows your money from where it came in, through what you spent it on, to where the rest ended up, like savings, the mortgage or shares.

Spending by category in Reports is now a treemap, with subcategories inside each category. Prefer bars or a pie? Pick one and it sticks.

  7. Add your home, car and other valuables so net worth is the whole picture, not just the mortgage.

One import across all your banks. Start it once and Sync opens each bank, waits for you to log in, and brings everything in.

The demo has three pretend banks. Connect the Sync extension from the demo's Import page and sync them all in one go.

Track share portfolios at market prices that refresh through the day, with CommSec trades and holdings imported straight in.

Have a look around before you get an invite. The demo is a made-up household with six months of spending, loans, savings and super, fresh every morning.

Add the people in your pool, split income and spending between them, and set goals per person.

A guided start for new pools, from people and accounts to Sync, with hundreds of common merchants already filed.

New features, improvements and fixes, as they ship. Find them any time in the menu under your name.

Share a loan into another of your pools, and let savings bonus conditions watch an account in another pool.

The dashboard does weeks and fortnights lined up with your pay, and transactions show a running balance.

  8. Pay out or refinance a loan and keep its whole history, and track money you've lent to someone.

Scan a QR code with your phone, or approve a push, to sign in on a computer without typing a password.

Super funds with contribution caps, a payday super check, projections, and the fees and insurance your fund charges.

Opened and closed dates, account numbers, and an icon for each type. Filter the list and see which need an import.

Net worth up top, spending trends, and buttons to step back and forward by month, quarter or financial year.

Link several accounts to one site, sync super funds too, and imports that need you are flagged.

  9. Lock the app behind Face ID, a fingerprint or a passkey, every time it opens or after a while idle.

Connect Claude or another AI assistant to ask about your money in plain English, or have it sort uncategorised spending.

Run your business alongside the household, and see both together in pooled reports.

Support can only step into your account with a Lifeguard pass you give, for a set time, and every change is logged.

Track a home loan with its offsets and rate changes, and see what an extra repayment does to the payoff date.

Savings accounts and term deposits, with a tracker that warns you before you miss a bonus rate.

Record your bank's export once, then Sync grabs and imports new statements in one click.

American Express exports, files matched to the right account by their transactions, and undo for any import.

  10. When no rule matches, Claude or a local Ollama model can suggest a category. It's off until you switch it on.

Budget each category, save towards goals, and see your balance weeks ahead.

Sign in with a passkey, Google, or a password plus an authenticator app or emailed code.

Bring in your bank statements, and rules file most transactions for you.
